Episode Title: Arranging a Hit

Johnathan realizes he on the outside with some people in the tribe. He's trying to keep a positive attitude despite getting the cold shoulder from Parvati Shallow and Adam Gentry. At camp Parvati Shallow cuts the tip her thumb with a machete and medical assistance is called in. She gets stitches on the beach in a makeshift camp. Adam Gentry realizes if Parvati Shallow goes he is in a bad spot. The challenge consists of carrying water from the ocean and filling a larger bucket to raise a flag. The winner gets to go on a trip to a neighboring island for a feast and celebration. As a surprise family members come to see each of the tribe mates. The family member gets to go on the reward and participate in the challenge. Parvati Shallow and her dad win reward just beating out Johnathan Penner. Johnathan Penner gets sent to Exile Island. Her Dad gets to pick who goes with them and he picks Adam Gentry and Sundra Oakley.

All of the tribe mates are happy they get to spend time with their family members and showing them around camp and letting them acclimated to tribal life. Ozzy Lusth is annoyed that he is providing food that helped other people win the challenge. Meanwhile the winners and guests get treated to a victory parade but the local islanders. All of the visitors really are touched by how solemn and magical the ceremony is. They are then treated to a feast. Sundra Oakley feels more comfortable around Parvati Shallow and Adam Gentry. Ozzy Lusth tries to work on a plan to hide food from Adam Gentry and Parvati Shallow.

In a surprise twist they bring back food to share with the people who didn't get to go. They notice how much calmer things are without Johnathan Penner. The challenge consists of an obstacle course over the ocean. The obstacle course has sticks to build a small tower. Ozzy Lusth jumps to an early lead and Johnathan Penner and Adam Gentry are trailing. Ozzy Lusth gets the first bundle and on his second before the rest of the Tribe gets their first. Ozzy Lusth gets both bundles and starts working on completing the pole. Ozzy Lusth wins in a race that's not even close. Adam Gentry and Parvati Shallow admit they may be in trouble in tonight's vote.

Ozzy finds it funny how everyone had a hard time with the challenge. The rest of the tribe is really cold towards Johnathan Penner and he notices. He realizes he's in a bad spot and doesn't know if he can change it. He checks with the ladies to make sure the plan is still on. Adam Gentry tries to convince Yul Kwon to send Johnathan Penner home. Johnathan Penner checks with Yul Kwon but is a little smug in his approach. Parvati Shallow says at tribal it was really great to spend time with her family. Adam Gentry says the reward helps you but Exile Island is a punishment. Parvati Shallow says she sent Johnathan Penner as a strategy move. Ozzy Lusth says Johnathan Penner is hard to deal with. Adam Gentry calls Johnathan Penner out as a traitor who flopped sides. Johnathan Penner says he saved the old Aitutaki tribe. Yul Kwon says they both saved each other. Johnathan Penner gets four votes and is voted off the island.
