Episode Title: Ruling the Roost

The Aituki tribe is pretty depressed coming back from tribal council. Ozzy Lusth feels is on the outside of the tribe with no one he can trust. Candice Woodcock returns from Exile Island, and the tribe tries to figure out why Candice Woodcock was sent to Exile Island. She suspects Adam Gentry and Parvati Shallow sent her there to protect her from being voted out and protect the alliance she had with her original tribe. At Rarotonga the men are getting lazy in leadership role and the women are noticing it.

The reward challenge consists of negotiating two members through an obstacle course. They will then swim out to get a decoder wheel and solve a puzzle. The winners get blankets, pillows, and a hammock. Aituki has an early lead while Rarotonga gets tangled. Aituki is the first to complete the obstacle course, decode the puzzle and wins the reward. Adam Gentry is selected to go to Exile Island.

Aituki is pleased the beat the more muscular Rarotonga. The Autuki tribe caught 11 fish mostly by Ozzy Lusth who feels this secures his position in the tribe. JP Calderon in the Rarotonga tribe is taking a leadership role and is starting to get on the nerves of some of the tribe members. Parvati Shallow is starting to flirt with some of the men in the tribe, and trying to get into the men's alliance.

The Aitutaki tribe finds bird in the tree and Cao Boi Boi tries to climb a tree and get the bird. A small bird gets knocked out of the tree. They try to put the nest back in the tree. The incident really upsets Johnathan Penner. The immunity challenge consists of a race and mock rescue ending with a fire building. Rarotonga gets into an early lead. Aitutaki gets the rescue member first and start to build fire first. Cao Boi Boi has an unusual style to start the fire which leads to them winning immunity.

Rarotonga is depressed at the realization that someone will be going home. Stephanie nominates her self as the weakest link almost offering herself up for sacrifice. The girl's alliance realizes it's weaker since Stephanie made her statement. They realize now is the time to act an alliance. Stephanie later admits it was a mistake to have said that. They want to vote JP Calderon off but are unsure about Parvati Shallow. They try to work on Brad Virata.

At tribal council Nate says the game is still early on to know where things align. Becky Lee says admits that JP Calderon think he's in charge. JP Calderon does a poor job convincing people he's not in charge. They were over confident about their ability to make fire Stephanie feels you need to consider the big picture. JP Calderon then puts his other foot in his mouth about how he got beat swimming. Parvati Shallow is unsure about how much she can trust the tribe.
