When arriving at Tribal Council Jeff Probst informed them all Tribal Council meetings were being held on an ancient Mayan site known as the north Acropolis and it was as spot where tribal leaders met thousands of years ago to held meeting. Jeff Probst spoke briefly about the hardships each member of the tribe was facing, Jeff Probst also noted the fact that Jim Lynch had his arm in a sling.
Jim received 5 votes enough for him to be voted out. The three remaining votes had 2 votes for Jim Lynch and one vote for Margaret Bobonich (Jim's Vote)
