At the first Tribal Council Jeff Probst asks Stephenie Lagrossa about the feast today. He asks everyone how they feel. Judd Sergeant is very vocal and dominates the conversation, he doesn't give anyone else a chance to speak. Judd Sergeant isn't shy about expressing his displeasure with Margaret Bobonich. He says 'Except for Margaret Bobonich I love the tribe!'. He also mentions how Margaret Bobonich told him he had Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD). Margaret Bobonich however gets 5 votes and is voted off. Rafe Judkins gets to witness the next Tribal Council.

Jeff asks Bobby Jon Drinkard about the competition, he says it was just two men who got excited in a competition. Bobby Jon Drinkard also says Brian Corridan is just a good ole' boy. He asks Amy O'Hara about her ankle, she downplays her injury. Brandon Bellinger remarks how impressed he is with Amy O'Hara getting back in the game and winning the next round. Jeff Probst remarks there is no obvious person to be voted out. Rafe Judkins however gets to write someone's name down and give them immunity. He leaves before his vote is revealed. Brian Corridan gets four votes and Rafe Judkins immunity vote was for Gary Hogeboom so Brian Corridan is voted off.
