At Tribal Council Danni Boatwright is worried that she may be the next to go. Rafe Judkins worries about paranoia setting in. Gary Hogeboom says that each person has to decide on their own if it's right to lie or not. Cindy Hall says she trusts people more than she expected she would. She also says it's impossible to play the game and not lie at some point. Jeff Probst asks both Judd Sergeant and Gary Hogeboom if they have lied and both deny telling a lie. He asks if anyone has found the immunity idol and Gary Hogeboom produces it. This causes a rethink as he was the probable victim Jeff Probst says no talking and sends people to vote. While the votes are split Bobby Jon Drinkard gets 5 making him the 10th person eliminated from Survivor Guatemala.
