The tribe is running out of food. Terry Deitz knows he is in a difficult spot and needs to win all the challenges. Shane Powers finds a rock that looks like a blackberry and is using it to send imaginary messages to people off th island. Some of the tribe members aren't sure if it's an act or if he's crazy. The reward challenge consists of a tethered rope obstacle course with two teams of three. The reward is a feast at a private island. Terry Deitz is the first player to get a bag, followed by Danielle DiLorenzo and Courtney Marit. Shane Powers, Aras Baskauskas and Cirie Fields get knotted and waste too much time freeing themselves. Aras Baskauskas is selected to go to exisle island. There is a second challenge with a slingshot target shot where the winner gets a car. Terry Deitz beats Courtney Marit by one tile.

Aras thinks Terry Deitz has the immunity Idol so isn't wasting time or energy looking for it. Terry Deitz, Danielle DiLorenzo, Courtney Marit are flown to an island with Terry Deitz new car packed with food for a bar-b-que. Terry Deitz is using his opportunity to make alliances. Courtney Marit feels growing against Terry Deitz would be a good person to go against. Danielle DiLorenzo is working out what strategy will work for her and how she can make it harder. Cirie Fields realizes Shane's best shot of winning is against Courtney Marit and see's her as a bigger threat than Terry Deitz. Cirie Fields decides to try and go fishing, and catches a fish.

Danielle is trying to figure out what happens if it's her Danielle DiLorenzo, Courtney Marit, and Terry Deitz. Terry Deitz knows Danielle DiLorenzo is worse choice. Danielle DiLorenzo is also trying to figure out where Courtney Marit stands on the issue. Cirie Fields figures the alliance is run by Terry Deitz and starts to explaining it to Danielle DiLorenzo. Cirie Fields realizes getting rid of Courtney Marit will be a key next step if she wants to win. The immunity challenge is strength and endurance challenge to support your own body weight with ropes. Shane Powers is the first one to drop his ropes. Cirie Fields is the second person eliminated, followed by Danielle DiLorenzo. Aras Baskauskas is unable to hold on and lets go. Courtney Marit lets go and terry wins his fourth straight immunity.

Cirie and Danielle DiLorenzo agree to vote out Aras Baskauskas. Courtney Marit also knows Shane Powers will not be happy when it goes down. Shane Powers wants get rid of Danielle DiLorenzo. Cirie Fields realizes getting rid of Courtney Marit is the best move. Bruce Kanegai returns from the hospital for Tribal Council. Aras Baskauskas knows it's a tough time and knows he is a big target. Terry Deitz talks about some bonding, and Cirie Fields knows it's growing to be tough. Shane Powers knows people are running plans about who they want to go against in the final two. Jeff Probst brings up the negative truth's about Cortney that came out last week. Courtney Marit gets 3 votes compared to Aras Baskauskas 2 votes and is voted out.
