Sally is happy that she is the final woman on La Mina Tribe. Dan Barry feels the tribe made a mistake in voting Ruth Marie Milliman out. Meanwhile at Casaya Tribe they are having problems with getting clean water. Bruce Kanegai is building a Zen rock garden. Some of the tribe members are concerned if that was the most important thing at the time. Aras Baskauskas is upset with Bruce Kanegai and this is causing some tension between the two of them.

The reward challenge consists of bringing rice, beans, and fish from out on the ocean across the beach into the bin. The winner gets to keep all the food, the loser get to keep the rice and beans. Casaya Tribe wins by a few seconds, and Terry Deitz gets sent to Exile Island.

Casaya returns from the reward challenge and their camp is flooded. The Casaya Tribe tribe is eating the fish raw. While La Mina Tribe is sad about losing they are still overjoyed at having food. Austin Carty and Nick are having some real stomach problems. Bobby Mason and Bruce Kanegai and drinking wine in the outhouse, and make an alliance. Cirie Fields finds Bruce Kanegai hung over in the outhouse with the empty bottle of wine. Courtney Marit and Cirie Fields are annoyed they drank it without the rest of the tribe.

Terry is on Exile Island taking advantage of the solitude and keeping himself hydrated. La Mina Tribe gets tree mail and finds out the challenge is physical and worried two tribe members are feeling sick. The immunity challenge consists of finding skull puzzle pieces from coffins under the water. The other two tribe mates will put the puzzle together. La Mina Tribe finds the 4 puzzle pieces first and jumps into the lead. Casaya Tribe gets to shore but La Mina Tribe wins immunity.

At Tribal Council Shane Powers feels the tribe is dysfunctional at everything except at Tribal Council. Bruce Kanegai confesses that Bobby Mason brought the bottle of wine and the drank it which met with the tribes disapproval. Bobby Mason agrees drinking the bottle was a mistake. Cirie Fields agrees it was a mistake. Aras Baskauskas says Bruce Kanegai is also to blame for drinking the wine. Bruce Kanegai feels the tribe is not accepting his advice. Bobby Mason gets three votes and he is voted of the tribe.
