Terry is worried he is the only member on La Mina Tribe and realizes he is the only member, and will have to win as many immunities as possible. Bruce Kanegai is having some health problems and has a lot of stomach discomfort. The tribe receives some dolls to decorate in their likeness. The challenge consists of answering questions about the other members of the tribe. The winner gets a helicopter ride to a spa with food, shower fresh clothes and gets to spend the night. Terry Deitz gets taken out in the first round. Bruce Kanegai is second out of the game. Danielle DiLorenzo is the third out, however Shane Powers is very annoyed Courtney Marit took out two of his ropes. Courtney Marit is next out of the game, followed by Shane Powers. Cirie Fields wins the reward and sends Terry Deitz to Exile Island. She also brings Aras Baskauskas and Danielle DiLorenzo with her on the reward. Shane Powers is very bitter and in the open with feeling Danielle DiLorenzo was a bad pick to bring.

Cirie, Aras Baskauskas and Danielle DiLorenzo are enjoying the helicopter ride. Cirie Fields picked her two companions based on who she thought she would have the most fun with. Courtney Marit is annoyed that she was picked as the most annoying so many other negative categories. Bruce Kanegai is still having health problems and it's really starting to give him a lot of pain. Meanwhile on the reward the tribemates are throughly enjoying it and the massage. Bruce Kanegai decides medics need to be called. The doctor is unsure but thinks it might be his appendix.

Terry is annoyed he had to even play the reward challenge but glad he got to see how the pecking order works out. Courtney Marit feels she had a bad day and Bruce Kanegai leaving was a bad thing. Shane Powers tries to make a deal Cortney and it just goes poorly. Shane Powers feels it would be great to go against her in the final two. Cirie Fields feels a little uneasy coming back to camp, and then they are informed Bruce Kanegai was medivaced out. Shane Powers shares his frustration with Aras Baskauskas. Cirie Fields is trying to make peace with Shane Powers.

Courtney and Danielle DiLorenzo decide to clean Bruce's rock garden. Terry Deitz comes back with Jeff Probst who has news on Bruce Kanegai. Bruce Kanegai had a digestive block and was removed from the game, and may continue as a jury member. So there will be no immunity challenge and no one will be voted out on this episode.
